Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer
This policy outlines the processes implemented by Calibre to ensure compliance with Division 3 – Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer under the Standards for RTOs 2025.
This policy ensures that: VET students with prior skills, knowledge and competencies are supported to seek recognition of prior learning (RPL). VET students who have completed an equivalent training product are supported to obtain credit transfer (CT). Decisions relating to RPL and CT are fair, transparent, consistent, evidence-based and maintain the integrity of the training product.

Student support Services
The purpose of this Student Support Policy is to ensure that all students are provided with appropriate support to enable their successful participation, progression, and completion of training and assessment.
This policy demonstrates the RTO’s commitment to providing accessible, responsive, and inclusive learner support in accordance with the ASQA Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025.

Student Code of Conduct
The code of conduct applies to students and outlines the expected behaviour from from Students whilst undertaking education and training with Calibre organisation.
It applies to use of the organisation’s resources, networks, education and support services, whilst in class, undertaking on-line activities, vocational placement activities, traineeships, apprenticeships, or any other academic activity associated with the organisation.
