Crowd Control Refresher / Ongoing Training
You will need to complete ongoing training every three years as a condition to renewing your licence with the Office of Fair Trading.
These modules will be constantly updated so you remain current with the latest industry standards and techniques. When you received your licence, you were given the expiry dates for each ongoing training unit on the licence notice. You must complete these training units before the expiry dates.
The modules for ongoing training for crowd controllers are:
CPPSEC3101 Manage conflict and security risks through negotiation
CPPSEC3121 Control persons using empty hand techniques
HLTAID011 Provide first aid.
